The bucket hat, when we first opened our doors in early 1980, was a very cheap “drugstore hat” that we sometimes sold to fishermen or beer drinkers, but more often to beer drinking fishermen. This all changed in the late 1990’s when the anti-hype, street-wear crowd picked up the style.
